Synopsis

I'LL TAKE MANHATTAN PART 2 - BULLS AND BEARS BEWARE Catwoman steals a woman's wig off her head while defending her from the man who is menacing her in an alleyway. The man runs, and Catwoman tells the victim to tell her friends there's a new sheriff in town and she's not taking prisoners.   Catwoman, now disguised using the wig she stole earlier, threatens the CEO of Randolf Industries with public exposure of not only his sex scandals, which he could withstand, but his insider trading and real estate fraud. Randolf tries to physically force her from his office, and she starts screaming "please don't kill me!" before appearing to fall down the elevator shaft to her death.  Randolf is shocked and horrified, and he runs to the security room, hoping to delete the footage in time. Catwoman, who has changed into her costume, however, locks the door and steals the tape while the guard lays bound and gagged on the floor.   Later, at a party, Nickie Stanci, the executive officer in charge of security, assures Randolf that they didn't find a body at the bottom of the elevator shaft. No body, no problem. Nickie walks away to cue the new TV spot.   A woman comes over and introduces herself to Randolf as Selina Kyle, his new silent business partner. He says Randolf Industries doesn't need any help right now, but Selina has a video tape of him apparently murdering a blonde. He doesn't believe she could have that video, so she smiles and walks away towards where Stanci is speaking to the shareholders.   The guests deride Stanci in low voices due to his mob connections and the expense of the new TV spot, and the ad begins to play... until Selina hands the security tape to the people in the booth and the evidence of the "murder" cuts in.   Randolf corners Selina in the booth, and they exchange threats. Selina wins, however, and Randolf names her the company's new vice president. Selina announces to the board that she isn't just a pretty face, she plans to increase the company's revenue four hundred percent this week. The board is shocked, and Selina leans in to tell Stanci that she expects a word with his real boss: the mob boss Carlino.   Selina begins to make connections (both underworld and legitimate) and play the stock market. Instead of a four hundred percent increase, she manages a six hundred percent.   Selina reads a New York Times article about her success in which she is referred to as a "nobody from Gotham." She is offended, and Stanci's attempts to charm her by complimenting her new, shorter haircut don't work. She storms into the boardroom where the other shareholders offer to make her CEO. Randolf is outraged, and he declares himself her enemy. He tells Stanci he wants to talk to his other boss.   Selina accepts the job offer, and when the shareholder ask what her plan for the future is, she says she thought she'd run for mayor.
